I offer a full 60 and 90 minutes massage: I don't shorten the session like in some spas!
And unlike in some spas: each session is individually tailored to you. Prior and during the session I encourage open communication. If your massage becomes uncomfortable at any time, please let me know so that I can adjust it to your needs.
Payment in full is due at time of service. I accept either cash or credit cards.
I do not provide "extra services", so please refrain from unprofessional requests. Anymore comments & requests will force me to stop immediately the session and you will be still charged for the full price.
I don't bill insurance companies, but you may request an invoice of your received service that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows: anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” & will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals: if you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I'll then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
